I wish I could be awake and functioning by 8 a.m. more often. The market was gloriously peaceful this morning!
I was so excited to get:
Asparagus
Garlic chives
Green onions
Pea shoots
Mustard greens
Bok choy
Cilantro
Lettuce
It’s looking like a lot of stir-fries this week. After a week of adventures with my family, I really need the greens!
